Passion is at the heart of everything Rachel Caylor sets her mind to, including her work as a production assistant at GCE Designs. She approaches her work with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
Outside of work, Rachel is an accomplished Special Olympics athlete, leader and the founder of Cool Abilities Self-Advocacy—a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities become self-advocates and leaders.
Whether she’s hard at work on the production floor, competing as a Special Olympics athlete or helping others find their voice, Rachel is committed to learning, growing and making a positive impact on those around her.
