Bismark Nii Odartey (Nii) serves as the operations and production manager at GCE Designs. Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Nii holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from KAAF University College in Fetteh Kakraba, Ghana, and a Master of Arts in strategic communication and leadership from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Fla.

With a background in film and photo production, Nii has brought stories to life across cultures and industries. He has worked on campaigns for companies and organizations like Puma, Right to Dream Football Academy, Universal Music Switzerland, ArtGrid, Fairtrade Germany and more

Nii’s work has been recognized on a global scale. He received a nomination for Best Art Direction at the 2024 Berlin Music Video Awards. He also produced two music videos for Keznamdi’s album Blxxd & Fyah that went on to win the 2026 Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album.

Now residing in Pensacola, Fla., Nii brings his creative expertise to the design and production floor of GCE Designs where he creates unique custom apparel and promotional products. With a background in communication and leadership, Nii approaches production and team leadership with a thoughtful, people-centered mindset.
