For Jenni Nealy, helping people has always been at the heart of her work.

With more than 15 years of experience leading customer service teams and overseeing operations in the commercial printing industry, Jenni built a strong career rooted in collaboration, creativity and care.

In November 2025, Jenni joined GCE Designs—a new business venture from Global Connections to Employment (GCE) offering custom apparel, embroidery and promotional products nationwide and creating meaningful jobs for people with disabilities in Pensacola, Fla. 

Serving as the customer service and promotions manager, Jenni manages projects and collaborates with customers all with the underlying mission of helping people.

“It was pretty unique to find a company that I can use my current set of skills in the printing and advertising specialties arena, but at the same time, be helping make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities,” she said.

Jenni’s favorite part of her job is working with clients, customers and the production and graphics teams to deliver high-quality products.

“I love working with the customers. It’s really fun to talk to new people, including in all of the different locations of GCE,” she said.

Jenni earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of West Florida and is currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in human resources and is expected to graduate in 2027. Her educational background, combined with her experience in the commercial printing space, allows her to lead with empathy and expertise.

GCE Designs is a natural fit for Jenni, given her unique skillset and experience. “GCE Designs can incorporate my skillset along with the mission of helping people with disabilities and neurodivergence,” she said.
